Offerings

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the start of your appointment in order to receive a full refund. If you need to reschedule, please reach out to us directly to avoid duplicate payment.

Every effort should be made to arrive on time for your appointment. If you anticipate arriving late, you must notify Twin Essence via phone or email as soon as possible. In the event that you arrive late, only the remaining time for the appointment will be available. 

If you arrive 10 minutes or more past your appointment time, you are considered a "no show". 

You must reach out to Twin Essence via phone or email for consideration for a schedule accommodation or reschedule. Accommodations or reschedules for those arriving late or "no showing", with or without proper notice, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued for those arriving late or missing their appointment. 

All virtual appointments are private individual readings, meaning no additional people will be allowed to join you for the session. If you would like someone to join you for the session, you must reach out before booking and an additional fee may apply.
